Basic Use License
Includes personal project use and internal review. No public posting or paid advertising.
Non-Paid Digital Use – 1 Year
For content that will live online without any paid advertising. Includes websites, organic social media posts, and non-monetized YouTube videos. Does not include boosted posts or digital ads.
Paid Digital Use – 3 Months
Covers paid online advertising campaigns such as social media ads, YouTube pre-roll, display ads, and sponsored digital content for a period of 3 months from first use.
Paid Digital Use – 6 Months
Same as above, with usage rights extended to 6 months of paid digital advertising across web and social platforms.
Paid Digital Use – 1 Year
Allows paid digital advertising for 12 months, including social ads, online video ads, and sponsored digital placements.
Broadcast – Local – 1 Year (Radio, TV)
For commercials airing on local radio and/or television within a single city or DMA for 1 year.
Broadcast – Regional – 1 Year (Radio, TV)
Covers radio and television advertising across multiple cities or a defined region for 1 year.
Broadcast – National – 1 Year (Radio, TV)
For radio and television campaigns airing nationwide for 1 year.
IVR – Phone Systems – In Perpetuity
For use in voicemail greetings, on-hold messaging, and automated phone systems with no expiration date.
Internal Marketing – In Perpetuity
For content used only inside a company such as employee training, internal communications, presentations, and conferences. Not for public advertising.
Podcast Intro/Outro – In Perpetuity
For use as the branded opening or closing of a podcast with unlimited episodes and no end date.
In-Venue – 1 Year
For audio played in physical locations such as events, stores, trade shows, museums, or waiting rooms for 1 year.
Digital Perpetuity
Unlimited lifetime use for online content and digital advertising with no time restrictions.
Full Broadcast Perpetuity
Unlimited lifetime use across all broadcast and digital channels including TV, radio, and online advertising with no expiration.
